Membership

Becoming a member is the most direct way of showing your support and keeping in touch with what’s happening. Members are invited to all exhibitions and events and to our exclusive annual Cocktail Party. Members receive the IMA's quarterly programme and selected IMA publications, and enjoy a discount at the IMA Bookshop and at key Brisbane art suppliers, entertainment and retail outlets. Members also have the opportunity to get involved politically, to vote for board members and to stand for the board. $50 individuals, $75 families, $150 premium and $500 friend.

Sponsorship

Expose your brand to Brisbane's arts and culture sector. Develop a relationship with the IMA. You can sponsor  exhibitions, events, publications and even exhibition spaces. We are interested in cash and in-kind sponsorship. We have set sponsorship levels but can also tailor packages to your needs. We offer sponsors access to a unique niche market, of students 18 to 24 and educated professionals 25 to 40. We have 20,000 visitors annually, and 300 invited guests attend our openings every eight weeks. Network with patrons, government officials, suppliers, business supporters, senior arts leaders and artists at our openings. Or organise your own function in our spaces, drawing on staff for event planning, managing and hosting. We provide recognition on IMA exhibitions, events, publications and exhibition spaces, and promotional opportunities at openings and events. You can also access our staff for arts consultation.
