IMA’s 2015 Program

In 2015, the IMA celebrates its fortieth anniversary, making it one of Australia’s oldest and continually vibrant spaces for contemporary art. This year, we will offer a program of exhibitions  and projects by some of the most engaging art practices our times, including our current show, Hito Steyerl: Too Much World, which continues until 22 March.

Please join us for the launch of our 2015 program on Thursday, 5 February, at 6pm. The launch will be followed by the inaugural presentation in a year-long lecture series, What Can Art Institutions Do? The first presenter will be Anne Barlow, Director of Art in General, New York, and forthcoming speakers include Charles Esche, Maria Lind, Nikos Papastergiadis, and Raqs Media Collective.
