Bowl of Light is a Lamp from Australian Designer, Husque.

Launched in 2003, Husque is an innovative design product that revolves around the native Australian macadamia nutshell. Husque was developed by New Zealand born, Brisbane based designer, Marc Harrison.

In Hawaiian folklore, every child is born with a bowl of light, if they care for the light that can do anything, if they become envious or jealous they drop a stone into the bowl and it partially blocks the light.
Each lamp comes with four differently shaped and coloured silicone bulb covers that result in various light strengths.
