Join the IMA Education team for an in-depth look at The Churchie Emerging Art Prize 2021—an annual prize in its thirty-fourth year. Explore the work of fourteen emerging artists from across Australia, working in a range of mediums—painting, sculpture, video, and more. Educators will be guided through The Churchie education resources, designed to support secondary learning and create dynamic connections with contemporary art for students. Take the opportunity to explore our other shows: Alfredo and Isabel Aquilizan: See/Through and Thao Nguyen Phan: Becoming Alluvium. IMA staff will be on hand to answer any questions about our exhibitions and events program and education opportunities.
