Delivery Dancer's Sphere

12 July–2 October 202512 Jul–2 Oct 2025

Futurist Seoul is an endless labyrinth of regenerating routes. Ernst Mo (an anagram of ‘Monster’) elegantly navigates their never-ending delivery work under the control of a master algorithm called Dancemaster. The gig: complete the delivery quickly and undetected. However, when Mo’s encounters with their alter-ego En Storm risk delaying each job, the Dancemaster enhancement system threatens to unravel. Created during the Covid pandemic, when the gig economy and platform labour intensified in South Korea, Ayoung Kim’s video Delivery Dancer’s Sphere probes the accelerationist urge for body and time optimisation.
