The IMA Winter Gala will take place on Saturday 16 July from 6pm until late. This year’s Honourees are artists Tracey Moffatt AO and Richard Stringer. This vibrant fundraising event supports our mission to be Queensland’s leading independent forum for contemporary art, supporting Australian and international artists with transformative opportunities for the creation of new work and wider audiences, onsite and online. Benefit Auction Artists Include: Céline Condorelli, Sam Cranstoun, Rana Hamadeh, Gordon Hookey, Liam O’Brien, Gabriella Mangano and Silvana Mangano, Daniel McKewen, Raqs Media Collective, Stuart Ringholt, Grant Stevens, Tyza Stewart, Luke Willis Thompson, Elizabeth Willing. The Benefit Auction is now live through international bidding platform Paddle8. Bid here until Saturday 16 July.

The Institute of Modern Art acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land upon which the IMA now stands, the Jagera, Yuggera, Yugarapul, and Turrbal people. In the spirit of allyship, the IMA will continue to work with First Nations people to celebrate, support, and present their immense past, present, and future contribution to artistic practice and cultural expression.
