Hanging & Handling 2D Art

    Tickets are $30 per workshop for non-IMA members, and $20 per workshop for IMA members.

For professional artists, as well as art collectors and enthusiasts wanting to present their two-dimensional artworks in the best possible way. This workshop will involve an introduction to hanging framed and unframed artworks under several conditions. Learn the correct hanging height, handling protocols, and other tricks of the trade in the IMA gallery, with special tips and insight from IMA Exhibition Manager David M Thomas, who will share from his years of experience in the industry!

Alternatively, attend all three workshops in this series for a package price of $75 for general admission, or $50 for IMA members. Other sessions in this series include Communicating Your Practice, and Audio-Visual Installation 101.
