Glitter Records X No.7 Print House Tote Bag (Electric Teal)

2026

The 2026 Glitter Records tote bag is a limited collaboration with No.7 Print House, the Brisbane screen‑printing studio operated by designer and printer Matthew Deasy. Deasy’s practice spans album artwork, gig posters, and small‑run print editions for independent Brisbane artists and labels, including confirmed work for 4000 Records and Roused At Show Company. His approach reflects the tactile, detail‑driven methods that have long shaped Brisbane’s independent music and print cultures.

Each tote is hand‑printed at No.7 Print House on heavy‑grade cotton with reinforced stitching designed for the practical demands of carrying vinyl records and everyday items. The design follows the minimal, functional visual language shared by both studios and is available in two colour variants: Electric Teal and Pink.

A total of 25 copies per colour were produced. This small run reflects the ongoing connection between Brisbane, Queensland, and Australia’s independent music and printmaking communities, documenting a moment of collaboration between two locally rooted cultural practices.

“Matthew’s work taps into the tactile language that shaped pre‑web vinyl and CD culture, and the fragments of that history that are still with us — handwritten notes from long‑gone record store owners, phone numbers on price tags, and the small marks that told you which eras and countries a record had travelled through. Those quiet signals sit inside his design, and that aligns with how I see Glitter: a place built on learning, memory, and the connections that physical music makes possible.” — Riley Fitzgerald, Glitter Records
